Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (Singtel) on Wednesday (Aug 24) posted a 41 per cent jump in their first-quarter net profit, helped by partly-owned Bharti Airtel’s resilient turnaround.
Singtel’s net profit for the quarter ended June 30 and rose to S$628 million (US$450.15 million) from S$445 million a year ago.
